Community Guidelines

1. Our standards

Treat people with respect. MustTry works best when friends share honestly about places they love — not when anyone feels harassed, exposed, or unsafe.

• Be kind in comments, reactions, and friend requests.
• Do not bully, threaten, stalk, or encourage self-harm or violence.
• Do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected traits.
• Do not share private information about others (addresses, school schedules, phone numbers, or passwords) without their consent.

2. Photos, video, 360°, and LIVE

You choose what to share, but you are responsible for media you post and who appears in it.

• Only upload photos, clips, or 360° views you have the right to share.
• Do not capture or post imagery in restrooms, locker rooms, bedrooms of others, or anywhere recording is prohibited.
• Do not post sexually explicit content, nudity involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Do not use LIVE, clips, or 360° to harass, shame, or secretly record people.
• Respect venue rules and other guests when filming in restaurants, schools, or public spaces.

3. Location and check-ins

Location features help friends meet up — they are not for surveillance or deception.

• Do not fake check-ins or LIVE sessions to mislead friends or abuse verification.
• Do not use MustTry to track someone without their knowledge or against their wishes.
• Think before sharing LIVE with a wide audience; you can use close-friends-only or private audiences.
• Do not post content that endangers others (for example encouraging dangerous stunts at a venue).

4. Minors and sensitive locations

MustTry is for users 18 and older only. Extra care applies when minors or sensitive locations are involved. See our Safety policy at https://musttry.ai/safety for age rules and guidance.

• MustTry is not for anyone under 18. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
• Do not sexualize, exploit, or groom minors. Zero tolerance.
• Do not post identifiable photos or LIVE from classrooms, locker rooms, or school bathrooms without permission from the school and individuals shown.
• Do not use MustTry for dating solicitation directed at minors or to arrange in-person meetings with strangers without appropriate safeguards.
• Report concerns involving minors to safety@musttry.ai.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are not allowed on MustTry:

• Illegal activity, weapons sales, drugs, or fraud.
• Hate speech, glorification of violence, or terrorist propaganda.
• Spam, bot networks, or mass unsolicited friend requests.
• Impersonation of another person, brand, or school official.
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to hack accounts.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks (see https://musttry.ai/dmca).

6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

We provide in-app tools to help you stay in control. Moderation is a mix of user reports, automated signals, and human review where needed.

• Report: use Report on posts, comments, LIVE clips, 360° views, or profiles. Reports are stored securely and reviewed by our team.
• Block: blocked users should not appear in your search or feeds and cannot interact with you through the app.
• Friend controls: you can limit who can send friend requests and what activity friends see in Settings → Privacy.
• We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines or our Terms.
• We are not obligated to monitor all content in advance, but we act on credible reports and serious safety risks.
• For urgent danger, contact local emergency services — MustTry is not an emergency hotline.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, loss of LIVE or posting privileges, or permanent account termination. Severe violations (especially involving minors, threats, or illegal content) may be referred to law enforcement. Repeat infringers may lose access under our copyright policy.
