1. User responsibility

You may only upload photos, video clips, 360° imagery, comments, and other content that you created or have permission to use. Do not post music, logos, artwork, or photos you do not have rights to share.

2. DMCA takedown notice

If you believe content on MustTry infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent with the information below. We may forward your notice to the user who posted the material.

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example a URL, profile username, post description, and date).
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

You may also mail notices to: MustTry — DMCA Agent, [Mailing address — update before production launch], United States. Until a physical address is published, email is the primary channel.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@musttry.ai including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where MustTry may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

5. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
